Privacy Policy
What we collect, who else handles it, where AI is involved, and how to have it deleted.
Last updated: September 6, 2026
This policy explains how Accelimate AI handles personal information. It covers this website, the signup flow, and the Accelimate AI product you log in to.
Two different roles
Your information: your name, your email address, your business, your billing. We decide how that is used, so we are responsible for it.
Your customers' information. Everything that arrives through your website, your CRM, your bookings and your store. That is yours. We hold and process it on your instructions, we do not use it for our own purposes, and if you ask us to delete it we delete it. Your own privacy policy, not this one, is what governs your relationship with those people.
What we collect
When you sign up. Your name, email address, business name and the web address you choose. No card is required to start a trial.
When you subscribe. Billing details. Card numbers go straight to our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
When you use the product. The content you create, the records you enter, and a log of significant actions taken in your account so you and we can see who changed what.
When you contact us. Whatever you send us in a message or a form.
Automatically. Basic usage information about which pages and features are used, and error reports when something breaks. We do not use advertising identifiers and we do not track you across other companies' sites.
Why we collect it
To create and run your account, to publish and serve your website, to take payment, to answer you when you write to us, to keep the service working and secure, and to tell you about things that affect your account such as a renewal or an outage. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where AI is involved
Accelimate AI is an AI product, so it matters where that AI touches information.
Editing and drafting. When you ask the assistant to build or change something, the content you give it and the relevant part of your site or records are sent to a third-party AI provider to produce the result.
Screening inbound messages. Messages submitted through a site we host are screened automatically, including by AI, so genuine inquiries get through and unwanted bulk messages do not. That screening reads what was written and decides only whether the message reaches an inbox.
AI reception and chat, where you turn it on. If you enable an AI assistant on your site or phone line, the conversations it has are processed by an AI provider. Anyone talking to it can ask for a person.
No training on your information. We do not permit our AI providers to train their models on your information or your customers' information.
No solely automated decisions. Nothing here makes a decision about a person that has a legal or similarly significant effect without a person involved.
Who else handles it
We do not run every piece of this ourselves. Companies we hire handle parts of it for us, under contract, acting only on our instructions and never for their own purposes. They are the providers who host the platform and store its data, deliver our email, carry text messages and calls, process payments, monitor errors, and supply the AI systems described above.
We also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect someone's safety or our legal rights.
If you would like the current list of those providers by name, write to us and we will give it to you.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. If you cancel, your site is paused rather than deleted so you can come back; tell us to delete it and we will.
Records that age out on a schedule are deleted, or irreversibly anonymized where the aggregate still has value and the identity does not. Financial records (invoices, payments, ledger entries) are kept for seven years because we are required to keep them.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, get a copy in a portable form, object to or limit certain uses, and withdraw consent you previously gave. You have the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of them.
Write to support@accelimate.com and we will act on it. We may need to confirm who you are first. If your request is about information inside a customer's site or CRM, we will pass it to that customer, who is responsible for it, and help them answer you.
Security
We encrypt data in transit and at rest, separate each customer's data at the database level so one account cannot read another's, restrict internal access to the people who need it, and monitor for faults and abuse. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if something happens that affects you.
Children
Accelimate AI is a business product and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top, and we will tell you before a material change takes effect.
