Trial, cancellation & refund policy

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and your website goes live immediately. You add a payment method only if you decide to subscribe.

If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, your site is paused, not deleted. Subscribe later and everything comes back exactly as you left it.

Plans are month to month. You can cancel any time from Billing → Manage subscription & payment methods in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for; you keep full access until then, and you are not charged again.

After cancellation your site is paused, not deleted, so you can come back.

Because every plan begins with a free trial and there is no card on file until you choose to subscribe, we don't prorate or refund partial months after a plan renews.

If something went wrong on our side, a duplicate charge, a billing error, or a plan you were charged for and could not use because of an outage we caused, email us and we will refund it. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

AI credit top-ups are consumed as they are used and are not refundable once used; unused top-ups purchased in error are refunded on request within 7 days.
